• A New Jersey sales tax is applied to every order and purchase.

All orders will be processed in 1 to 7 business days after payment is received (including handmade items). Processed packages are picked up by shipping carriers (UPS or US Postal Service) and take from 3-5 business days to deliver depending on your location. Please allow shipping delays during major holidays and long weekends. If you need your order rushed, please contact us and we will send your order out as soon as possible.

At House of Mimi, we try our best to keep the content of our website up to date. Generally, we label out-of-stock items and remove them from our product list immediately, but sometimes items are purchased online and onsite simultaneously. In the case of this unforeseen circumstance, the out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your order, amount refunded to your credit/debit card and the rest of your order sent. We will not resend you the items when the items become available again in our store. You will have to re-order them in a separate order.

Because of the nature of our business and current health crisis, all items are final sale, however we honor exhanges within 7 days after purchases are received. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
